He is now unable to walk without great pain. Disability caused by his military service. Unfit for service and likely to be permanently disqualified for military duty. Extensive but superficial acatrix from shell wound just below left buttock at the fold. Also slightly grazed on the right buttock by the same fragment of shell. |
