Caused by military service and not the result of indulgence in the use of intoxicating liquers or other vices. Unfit for further service. Additional note: Gunshot wound thro’ right forearm at its upper third apparently grazing the radius. He also has a scar on the radial aspect of this fore arm lower down from a wound he says he received previously. Seems to have good use of the extremity. |
