Chronic Dyspnea, the result of repeated attacks of Bronchitis prevent his using much exertion when loaded with his pack and he is unable to bear constriction about the chest, while his powers of walking are further impaired by varicose disease of the veins of both legs, but chiefly of the right. Unfit for further service from Chronic Rheumatism and varicose veins of both legs. |
