This man has received a musket ball wound in his left shoulder. The ball entered about an inch above the left clavicle and came out at the upper part of the scapula of that side passing through that bone. He is in consequence unable to bear the straps of his pack and is therefore recommended for this discharge.
Unfit for further service having received a flesh gunshot wound of left shoulder.
