Disabled after partial loss of power of the left arm after wound of the posterior surface of the shoulder by a piece of shell. The wound laid open the parts forming the posterior fold of the axilla and at the same time the head and shaft of the humerus appear slightly injured as he states that 2 pieces of bone came away from the wound during care. There is some drooping of the shoulder joint to be noticed and also some prominence of the ? ?.
